After multiple back surgeries and still having pain I decided to try chiropractic help for my low back pain. When I first saw the doctor I could hardly walk and could not even stand for long periods of time. I was confined to a chair most of the day. After the first visit I could tell a difference in how I felt and the pain level was decreasing. For the first time in several years I Had hope that I was going to be able to get around again. 2 months later and I feel better than I have in a very long time. I owe it all to this doctor. I would Highly recommend him to anyone.
I had hurt my back on a Sunday and knew immediately I needed chiropractic care. A coworker highly recommended Dr. Chris to me on Monday and their office got me in immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and ensure you are well informed; they truly make you a part of the family. Dr. Chris took his time going through my history and current state to understand fully where I needed care. He is such a joy to interact with and takes care of each patient. I am so thankful I found this team for my needs! Within only a few visits I had began feeling much better.
As a new patient, this practice is a dream! I had been having such horrible back pain that started in my second trimester. I finally found chiropractic care that has really started to bring me comfort as a new mom. Not only is Dr. Adam fantastic at the therapy that he recommends and adjustments he makes, but the team he has at his practice and the education they provide is top notch. Dr. Adam and his staff really know what they are doing. The important thing to remember is that if you have a chronic or reoccurring condition, chiropractic should be a regular part of your health maintenance. I used to have ongoing issues with my back, but through regular chiropractic care with Dr. Adam my back is immensely better. It is always surprising to me how much better I feel after each visit. I used to doubt the effectiveness of chiropractic, but not any more.
STILL AMAZING!!!!!! If you like a personal experience, a staff, and Doctor that cares about you and your chiropractic needs: this is the place for you! Dr Adam is not there to just make a living, but to make his patients lives better. Give him and the staff there 1 chance to help, and you will not be disappointed. Dr. Adam and the entire staff at Optimal Health Chiropractic are simply amazing! I'm greeted with smiles and kindness from the moment I walk in the door until I'm on my way out. Dr. Adam and his staff are incredible. I first started seeing him when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby. He made my last trimester so much more comfortable and has since helped me through a back injury. He also sees my husband and has done amazing things for our kids who struggled with reflux, colic and constipation. He has truly been a life saver for our family and is staff is so warm and welcoming.
Dr. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted-he is hands down the best chiropractor on the East Coast. I've lived in DC and New York City and no other chiropractor came close to providing the level of care Dr. Adam provides. Was a little nervous about trying chiropractic care for my neck and shoulder pain that radiated into my ribs/chest and poor posture. From the minute I walked into Dr. Adam's office I felt very comfortable! All the staff were nice and welcoming. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease! Dr. Adam was very thorough with his exam and explaining the causes of my pain. My first adjustment was a breeze and I felt great afterwards! And I can say without a doubt that after several treatment I feel SO much better!! NO shoulder or neck tension..better sleep...more motivation...my spine feels strong and I feel taller! IT WORKS!
Dr. Adam and his office have done a great job for my whole family. My daughter, who was having frequent ear infections and some speech delays, started seeing him a few months ago. Since then, the fluid retention in her ears has decreased, she has had no ear infections and her speech has progressed tremendously. Also, he has treated and continues to treat my wife and I for back and neck pain. We have both had our symptoms reduced or eliminated through working with him. His office is friendly and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Dr. Adam!
After years of cycling, along with joint replacements, I realized that the mobility in my neck and lower back had decreased significantly. Dr. Adam came highly recommended by cycling friends as a "miracle" worker. After several weeks of adjustments and other treatments, the mobility in my lower back and neck is back to normal or near normal, something I haven't experienced in years. As an added benefit from the adjustments, I have gained back the strength in my left leg. I'm cycling stronger than I have in several years. I couldn't be happier!
I started coming to Optimal Health at the end of 2019. I had severe pain in my upper back, neck and shoulder and couldn't move freely at all. Treatments began to show rapid improvement after only a few visits. By continuing to visit twice a month I have been able to return to all my activities and the pain went from an 8 down to 0. I am so pleased to write a review for Dr. Adam and his staff at Optimal Health Chiropractic. After a couple of years of ignoring pain in my shoulders and neck, I came to visit Dr. Adam when a sharp lower back pain hit me as well. I felt better immediately on all counts! I am continuing to receive adjustments as I have learned more about the connection between the spine and nervous system and see improvements in my overall health. The whole crew is wonderful! They are genuinely concerned for your well-being. As many others have said, my life has been turned around by Dr. Adam! I had extreme pain in my neck down into my scapula area & mid back not helped by other means, ( meds, heat, massage, exercise.....). My range of motion diminished and was not able to do my normal activities. Felt like I was a 50 year old in a 80yr old body! In tears with pain until I started seeing Dr. Adam! Now I'm back to my old self! Yay!
I have been dealing with chronic back pain for over 15 years. My first visit I was in pain from my neck down my back. I couldn't even turn my head without neck pain to drive to my appointment. When I came in my pain level was at a max. I was dealing with multiple issues in my neck including a pinched nerve. Dr. Adam set a plan in place for the next three months. Not even one month into the treatment and my pain was gone. The process to get me back to 100% was still ongoing, but my pain was gone! Dr Adam has been a true God send!! The entire staff are very friendly and personable. They truly care about the patients and it shows.
Have been coming here for around 13 years. The care received is excellent. Multiple health issues have either dissipated or decreased in severity thanks to the care I receive here. I dealt with lower back/sciatica pain for years (hard to say how long exactly - at least 5), and for the most part, I just accepted it as inevitable. But my last bad bout with it was the final straw, so I reached out to Optimal Health and they were able to get me in and on a treatment plan very quickly. I’m in my fifth week of treatment, and the pain has *significantly* diminished, which I think is a testament to how effective chiropractic care is (5 weeks of treatment vs. literal years of pain). All of the staff and doctors are incredibly friendly, and they get you in, taken care of, and on your way fast. Highly recommend!
Wow! This was my first words when I walked into Dr. Adms office. They had my name at the front desk welcoming me and boy do I feel welcome. All the staff are honestly fantastic people and genuinely care about your health. I had migraines and sciatic pain every day for years and I finally decided to go to a chiropractor and chose Optimal Health. I can say my migraines are gone and my sciatica has minimized so much. I have been going to Optimal Health Chiropractic for almost a year now and it has made my life so much better. I used to get migraines just about everyday and I had tried everything from all kinds of medicine to botox and even a few other chiropractors but nothing seemed to really help. Thankfully I found Dr. Adam and his wonderful staff and they are miracle workers! My migraines are now less severe and I only really get them when the weather is acting up so I am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Adam to anyone!

I have been going here for years and I always receive the best care and treatment. With having scoliosis, I get frequent headaches and back pain. Since coming here, my back has been in better shape and I have more mobility in my movements. My headaches have also been brought to a minimum. Everyone working there is very professional and helpful.

I've been seeing Dr. Adam for over a year now. I came in with lower back and neck issues from a car accident several years back. I became so tired of the pain that I decided to give chiropractic a try. Dr. Adam really listened to my problems and showed a genuine interest to help. I began getting regular adjustments and it really helped. I still go every week for regular maintenance treatments, but I am back to doing the things I like to do without pain. Thank you!!!
Initial visit / consultation - was referred to Optimal Health following a car accident. Had a great consultation, everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors were incredibly patient and friendly. They explained what was happening at each step and were sensitive to any pain, discomfort, or anxiety I might be feeling, and were thorough in discussing exam and x-ray results. Great team, would definitely recommend.
I went to Dr. Adam after getting into an auto accident that left me in pain and irritable. After a few days, I had gotten used to the pain being there, and never realized how good I could feel until I went to Optimal Health. The relief was instant and improved my over all health and mental state!

I have been living with neck and upper and lower back pain for over 25 years, due to a horrible car accident. Thanks to Dr. Adam and his wonderful staff I have less flare ups and much more restful sleep. I started coming to his office about 8 months ago, after being referred to him by a foot surgeon. I had been dealing with crippling heel pain in my left foot. I was seeing an ankle and foot specialist for over two years, trying numerous types of treatments; Orthodics, walking boot, knee scooter, shock wave treatments, just to name a few. They thought surgery was my last resort; until the surgeon actually evaluated me and recommended I go to physical therapy and see Dr. Adam first. I am so thankful he did. After a year of pain and immobility in my shoulder and arm and being told by other doctors that it just "is what it is" and "give it more time" I FINALLY found relief with treatment from Optimal Health! Not only did Dr Williams listen to me and ask questions about my symptoms, he did the most thorough assessment that I have ever had. He looked for the cause of the issue instead of masking the symptoms. I was and continue to be amazed by the care of the entire staff. Thank you Optimal Health!
This place is amazing 🤩 I was having shoulder back problems . Basically, my whole system needed to be adjusted. Now I wake up with no back pain . I sleep better I move around absolutely great !! It’s a very nice place . The staff super friendly make you feel right at home.<br/>The Dr 👨⚕️ very nice . And definitely child friendly too. Because I go with my 3 little ones.!! My back went out due to thinning discs and I came into the clinic with intense pain. I could scarcely move or walk and had to be practically carried in. By the third visit I could walk with a walker. Right after that I was able to move and walk again. I've had consistent improvement since that time and have fully recovered. (Now we are taking a look at my knee issues.) Dr. Zak has been a lifesaver!

A great introduction to chiropractic care! I was hesitant at first, but Dr. Adam and his staff very quickly put me at ease. My hip pain has all but gone away. I recently went on a trip to Disney and by the end of the day everyone was complaining of back pain—not me! I definitely recommend this clinic. I've been very impressed.

Under the wonderful care of Dr Adam and his staff I have gone from being in constant pain to going through most days without even thinking of pain. Outstanding Chiropractor experience! I had severe lower back pain and was skeptical about seeing a chiropractor! They did a thorough job of taking measurements and X-rays! Little did I know that I had three separate places on mine spine that were out of alignment! Dr. Adam was able to start working on me and getting everything back in alignment! Two months later and I feel like a New Man! I have never felt better! The staff is so friendly and wonderful to work with! Do yourself a favor and go see them today! You will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Adam and his wonderful staff! I was waking up every night with tingling, numbness and burning in my hands and arms. After seeing Dr. Adam for a couple of weeks the episodes lessened. I moved to Clemmons a little over a year ago and have been with Optimal Chiropractic regularly. I’m literally Humpty Dumpty and they’ve put me back together ( one vertebrae at a time:) I highly recommend the level of care you get here.
I have been going to Dr. Adam for years 15+, lost count. I have congenital scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. God blessed me by leading my path to cross and meet Dr. Adam. I was walking with a cane or walker most of the time due to such great pain in my back. I lived like this for 2+ years and had come to accept the fact I would be in a wheelchair before I was 35 years old. I would only have 3 or 4 good days a month. I didn't sleep much and at the time never got to play outside with my toddler son. My son is almost 21 now and I have not used a cane or walker since giving chiropractic a try. My back problems are such, that can't be fixed, and have caused me years of pain. My family has been telling me for years to go to a Chiropractor.<br/>Didn't listen, then I went to a new spine doctor, and guess what he suggested, a Chiropractor, I couldn't believe it. By this time my pain had increased and I had a very hard time moving, the pain was taking away my quality of life. When I finally decided to go, my spine doctor, gave me names of several doctors, and I found Dr. Adam by chance, I picked the one that was closest to where I live. Kinda like throwing a dart. Well my dart certainly landed in the right place. I have not been going to Dr. Adam for a long time, in fact I am right in the middle of my adjustments, but I can't believe what these last weeks have done for me. If it wasn't my body I wouldn't have believed it, which of course you can tell I didn't believe in Chiropractic Care to begin with.<br/>From my first visit with Doctor Adam till today I can tell you I only feel safer and more sure I am doing the right thing. He listens to you, he tells you what he is going to be doing, which I need, and is compassionate.<br/>I am moving like I haven't moved in years. What a Wonderful Feeling.<br/>The Office, the Office Staff all add to the comfortable feeling you have about going. They make you feel like family instead of walking into a Doctors Office. I've been going to Dr. Adam for almost a year. I've tried other chiropractors, and he is the best! He really cares about his patients and personalizes each one's course of treatment. When I began, I ached during my sleep; I thought it was the mattress. I feel much better AND have not changed my mattress. My flexibility has also improved. I hadn't played golf in over 2 years due partly to stiffness. I enjoyed several rounds this summer. His assistants, Anita and Angela, are also very pleasant and professional. If you are experiencing aches, pains, stiffness, then give Dr. Adam Williams a try.
Dr. Adam and his staff are WONDERFUL !!! Keshia, Sara and Jodi make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in through the door. Dr. Adam thanked Me for putting in the work ... you see I am a 53 year old service connected disabled veteran, Latina female, on NO medications, none ... AND ... no comorbidities: no high blood pressure, no Diabetes, no high cholesterol. I live in pain ... HOWEVER ... no pain medications because of a healthy lifestyle that starts with the chiropractic care and support I receive at Dr. Adam’s clinic.
Optimal Health is a very professional and friendly office. It’s the most positive environment I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office. As soon as you walk through the door you’re greeted with a friendly personnel from the front office to the medical assistants and x-ray techs and then also from the doctor. And then I received a very thorough evaluation and explanation of what was found. I am glad my sisters who also see other doctors in this office recommended this office to me and I will recommend it to others as well.
Dr. Williams was very professional and really knew exactly where my mom’s problem places were. I was so impressed that I ended up making an appt. for myself because I have painful areas that I am wanting to get treated. The staff at the front desk all the way to the staff walking us to our room were all very professional and very nice. My mom has dementia and I feel that she was very much at ease and she can be a very difficult patient!
Dr. Adam and his entire staff are simply the best. My entire family has been seeing him for years. He helped with our youngest as an infant go from not sleeping at all to sleeping through the night! Our kids are much healthier now and get sick far less often since they've been seeing him. Dr. Adam is very detailed and thorough. I first came to Optimal Chiropractic on the 4th of June. I've seen Dr Zak since day 1, he's always been concerned for my well being and problems. He explained the problems I had, the methods of treatment to correct my problems. My pain level was a 10, I could barely stand and walking was next to impossible. It's been 9 weeks, today I'm relatively pain free and have resumed most of my daily activities. Dr Zak's got the touch!
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Adam and his entire staff! They always greet me with a smile and make me feel very welcome. Dr. Adam takes the time to listen to you and discusses your needs and the end result that you want. I was having a lot of trouble with my feet and legs, to the point of being concerned that I may not be able to walk much longer for the pain. I now have almost no pain in my legs and feet. Dr. Adam has been great. I "walked" in barely able to walk in such back pain. He did one of the most thorough exams I've had a chiro do. By 3 appointments I could lift my legs and every way I moved wasn't excruciating. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good chiropractor.

Optimal Health Chiropractic has done an awesome job of improving the flexibility in my neck, back and hips. Since I started therapy on my neck I have improved range of motion and the numbness in my left hand has dissipated to the point I rarely notice it. Dr. Adam, Dr. Chris and the staff are awesome.

I have had chiropractor care for a couple years with different styles and techniques, but today was the first time I’ve tried Optimal Health. Best Experience I’ve ever had! Dr Adam and his staff are so down to earth, they listen, they explain and with every person I met I felt truly cared about. The greatest part is the teaching. Even though I have had adjustments before Dr Adam still explained each step, device, and technique which provides a level of comfort that’s unmatched!

My experience, at this practice, from the time I get there, until the time I leave, is pleasant. I'm greeted at the door by name. My doctor, Dr. Chris, always seems genuinely happy to see me. The staff explain everything that they're doing, and the why behind the reason of them doing it. Chiropractic care can be scary for someone who's never been but they make you feel very very comfortable. I am so glad that I found them!!!
Dr. Adam was great! My first visit was informational and efficient. I appreciate that the office is flexible with my needs and schedule - they said they always try to accommodate walk-ins, which is hard to find. He did a very thorough exam and was able to pinpoint what was causing some of the issues I feel regularly. Highly recommend giving this office a try!

All of the staff is WONDERFUL and CARING. I was in great pain the first time I went to see them and was not overly optimistic. They certainly proved me wrong. I am pain free, moving better and sleeping great without waking up during the night.

Dr. Chris is a well of positivity. Capable of making necessary adjustments while setting his patients at ease. He took what should have been a debilitating chronic pain and turned it into an occasional but mild annoyance. I give him all due credit for being responsible for my being able to work. He's consistently keeping me in one peace despite the difficulty. Help like his is invaluable and hard to find. I really appreciate him and the other friendly staff who've allowed me to live and work without ever present pain.
Optimal Health & Dr. Adam has helped me tremendously, when I started going to them about 10 months ago they started a plan to get me standing correctly again. I was literally unable to stand or sit stright and after attending the adjustments and working there plan out I am now about 95% better then when I started. I appreciate everything the entire staff has done for me I can't thank then enough.. would 100% recommend them for small adjustments all the way up to more serious issues like I was facing.
I have always been treated with utmost respect at Optimum from every staff member I have come in contact with. I can honestly say there are not many medical facilities that treat you so nicely from every aspect of your visit. Dr. Adam Williams and his staff are caring, professional health care providers. Dr. Adam is knowledgeable and provides alternative solutions and options to patients who may be afraid. I particularly enjoyed reading his book "The Chiropractic Way to Health, the Ultimate Self-Help Guide for Chiropractic Patients". I find him to be patient, observant and a good listener. I also appreciate the prompt service, and accommodation for scheduled appointments/adjustments.
I was referred to Dr. Adam at 8 weeks of pregnancy. I had visits every week until my baby was born. Dr. Adam is very kind and easy to talk to. He does a wonderful job with adjusting me and listening to any changes that occur. I just went after having my baby and we adjusted my plan and he even took a look at my baby and gave him an adjustment. The office staff and assistants are absolutely amazing as well. I would refer anyone to go see them.

I was pleasantly surprised of all the "tools" Dr. Adam can use on a patient. I truly believe everyone needs to have adjustments to fully live your life pain free. I injured myself and was in constant pain. The pain has gone away due to getting adjustments. I never had adjustments prior to the injury. I would recommend you get adjustments if you are feeling good. It can help keep your body well!
The entire staff is awesome!!! All of them are very nice and helpful with questions and making you feel comfortable. The lady that helped us, Kimberly, was especially helpful and caring with my son. The Dr helped my son with his alignment and explained it so not only me but my son understood exactly what was going on.<br/><br/>If you need a chiropractor this is the place you should go!!
