Step 1
Patient Forms and Health History
Before your first visit, you will be asked to complete new-patient forms online or when you arrive. The information covers your current concern, health history, medications, previous injuries, and goals for care.
Providing complete information helps us understand the circumstances surrounding your symptoms before the examination begins.

Step 2
Your Chiropractic Consultation
You will meet with one of our chiropractors to discuss what brought you to the office, when the problem began, what makes it better or worse, and how it affects work, sleep, exercise, or other daily activities.
This conversation gives you time to explain your concerns and ask questions about the evaluation or possible care options.

Step 3
A Focused Chiropractic Examination
Your examination will be based on your health history and symptoms. It may include posture, movement, range of motion, reflexes, strength, and appropriate orthopedic or neurological tests.
Each part of the examination will be explained, and nothing will be done without your consent.

Step 4
X-Rays When Clinically Appropriate
Not every new patient needs X-rays. Imaging may be recommended when it could provide useful information about your condition or help determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate.
If X-rays are advised, the reason for them will be explained before they are taken.

Step 5
Findings and Care Recommendations
After reviewing the information collected during your visit, we’ll explain our findings in clear language and discuss whether chiropractic care appears suitable for you.
You will have an opportunity to ask what care may involve, how often visits may be recommended, what the expected costs are, and whether another type of evaluation should be considered.

Step 6
Treatment and Your Next Steps
If treatment is appropriate and you are comfortable proceeding, care may begin during the first visit or at a follow-up appointment. The timing depends on your examination findings and individual needs.
Any recommended plan will be personalized, explained in advance, and adjusted according to your response and goals.
