Rheumatoid arthritis happens when there is a problem with immune system function, causing joint inflammation.

Some of the main culprits include processed sugars, trans fats, refined flour, MSG, gluten and alcohol.  Certain eating plans have shown positive results when it comes to reducing inflammation.
